You can absolutely use your own plans! Our standard plans serve as a powerful marketing tool, attracting clients to your business. People love to explore plans, and having accessible, standardized options makes pricing straightforward. However, we encourage and celebrate custom-designed homes. The majority of homes built within our group are unique, reflecting the diversity and creativity of our builders. Your business can truly stand out by delivering affordable custom home designs to the marketplace.
2. How much does it cost?
As of February 2024, the investment to join our franchise is $20,000 plus GST. Additionally, committing to the first two years of our marketing program at $12,500 plus GST per year guarantees you a minimum of 60 leads per year. This is a cost-effective solution, saving you thousands compared to going solo. With a franchise, you not only acquire the intellectual property of a major builder but also receive ongoing training to seamlessly implement it into your business.
3. Do we give you jobs?
