Our Australian based Home Building Franchises can be purchased for $22,000 Plus GST.
A condition of this offer is that builders must also take up our marketing services for the first two years. The break down of the costs of this marketing service is $12,500 plus GST each year, paid in monthly installments via direct debit. This ensures your new business will launch successfully because enough leads means that you can take on the profitable jobs and not just any job! After the first two years you can continue with our marketing services or make any other arrangement that is suitable to you business.
Once the franchise fee is paid you are only paying a royalty payment of between 1% - 2.5%, which is wholly offset by purchasing savings which means the net cost to your business to continue to have access to the best software, building designs and business coaching in the industry is zero.
