As part of the ongoing support provided to franchisees, members of the Integrity Franchising team carry out on site one-on-one training sessions.
Richard Bremner recently returned from a two hands on training event with Integrity New Homes Whitsundays Managing Director, Andrew Hawkins, and Anne McDonald.
The training covered a wide range of areas including: demonstrating new features the iProx rapid estimating tool calibrated for the Whitsundays; sales techniques; dispute resolution; contracting for new homes; and marketing materials.
As part of the training, Richard created a number of handouts and documents for use by Integrity New Homes Whitsundays at the company’s new Cannonvale display home at Whitsunday Acres. He also created some clauses for use in sales estimates and contracts.
In addition to face-to-face training there is also a range of remote access training events held using screen sharing software as required.
Integrity Franchising places high importance on timely, regular and targeted training that is relevant and necessary for each franchisee.
There are also national training events held, which allow for all the franchisees to come together in a group. This allows for feedback, sharing of experiences and ideas and creates a great sense of camaraderie.
