SITE ESTABLISHMENT PROCEDURE

All franchisees have access to, and are trained in, the Integrity Edge Site Establishment procedure.

The Integrity Edge is a quality assurance system which addresses a series of client site meetings during construction as well as managing sub-contractor works.

The initial meeting with the client under the Integrity Edge is the Site Establishment meeting which addresses a range of important issues including: occupational health and safety; client access to the site; the positioning of the home on the block; any earthworks matters that may apply; and explaining the site cut.

There is documentation for client sign off which also acts as a checklist for carrying out the site establishment meeting with the client.
