The reason we came across to Integrity is because we were involved in another building franchise which we received very limited support from. A lot of people in the industry recommended Integrity.
We looked at some other building franchise models, Integrity seemed to fit better where we wanted to move our business. The franchise business model was similar to where we saw our business heading.
We did look at going it alone and establish our own brand, but when you evaluate the costs involved in that and the systems you have to setup, computer systems, plan ranges the support you would need and extra staff, it was far more beneficial to join a building franchise group, plus have the support and networking.
It is a greater benefit in my opinion to join a franchise group opposed to trying to wing it alone where you have major capital investment to get us to the level we are at today in a short few months.
