How The Team Services And Supports Our Builders

At Integrity New Homes, our franchisor support team works alongside you at every stage of your build, providing hands-on, fee-for-service expertise so you're never navigating a challenge alone. From the moment plans are drawn to the final colour selections signed off, our specialists are on hand to help you deliver a better result for your clients and your business.

Whether you need help interpreting the NCC, producing accurate drafting and pre-contract plans, building your marketing presence, or guiding your clients through colour selections, our Service Hub team is only a phone call away. Below is an introduction to the people behind these services and how they support you day to day.

Understanding The Service Hub

The Group's centrally based special skills teams provide services to franchisees and act as a hub from which expertise can be accessed as required. The Integrity Service Hub allows franchisees to access a range of fee-for-service professionals as an alternative to what is available in local marketplaces.

The Service Hub provides services in design and drafting, information technology, graphic design, estimating, building approval support, accounting and contract preparation.

Estimator

Shane Hearps

Need help understanding your plans and engineering, or assistance with estimating? Shane is your Service Hub contact for ensuring success for your build. He is also here whenever you need assistance interpreting the NCC, building compliance, and how these apply to your new homes.

Drafting

Erick Richmond

Erick is your go-to for all things drafting and building design. He and his team utilise our systems to produce pre and post contract plans.

Marketing

Brad Rathbone

Brad works with INH builders by offering marketing solutions. This involves graphic design work, creating and maintaining digital advertising (Meta and Google), and managing social media and email marketing campaigns.

Colour Selections

Angela Leet

Angela works with businesses as a colour selections specialist for new homes. She works closely with you and your client to make the colour selection process as smooth and simple as possible.

Business Coaching

Integrity New Homes is committed to supporting and working with every franchisee to achieve the highest level of success they can. The cornerstone of Integrity's success as a franchised building company is ensuring we work with the best and keenest builders who are comfortable being part of a franchise team.

Our training and support is primarily delivered via a business coaching model which is ongoing and unlimited for active franchisees. This means franchisees are invited to join a one-on-one video meeting with an experienced builders business coach to consider every aspect of their business and how the franchise business system can be put to best effect. Alongside this ongoing support, we hold a yearly conference giving franchisees the chance to network, share experience and learn from a community of like-minded builders.

Training And Support Of iGyro

Behind the scenes, Tim, our full-time software developer, and his assistant are dedicated to keeping iGyro running smoothly for you. Tim looks after maintenance, development, problem solving and the ongoing improvements and refinements that keep the system ahead of the industry. He also works closely with the franchisor team, who access the database remotely to run monthly reports and keep the system up to date, so if you ever run into an issue or have an idea to make iGyro better, Tim and the team are there to help.

Webinars

Our webinars are held monthly and bring our group of builders together for training, industry insight and coaching. Hosted by our franchisor team, they also feature industry-specific guests from outside our organisation. These sessions are recorded and used for future training, upskilling and reference, forming part of our strategy to get the best information to our builders.

Integrity Connect

We use a Zoho platform for sharing information across our network, called Integrity Connect. It's where you can ask questions to the wider builder group and Integrity Franchisor staff, share comments, and engage on specific topics relevant to your business.
