The Suburban Facade Style. Why listening to our clients is important

As a franchisor, we have building business owners all over Australia. When it comes to building and marketing homes to build, each of our franchises has different needs, different outcomes and different environments in which they do business in.

After a lengthy and insightful conversation with one of our Victorian franchise owners, a new facade style was born.

Through the conversation, we felt that there was a gap missing in how we presented our standards. What the inner city / suburban market is asking for is close-to-curb, narrow designs with multiple textures used across the facade.

So with some planning, we took our classic and prestige facade style and introduced some new elements and landscaping concepts to create a new look and feel to help accommodate some of our suburban franchises to engage potential client bases.

And this is just one of many ways that we as a franchise continue to listen to our franchises and respond in a way that they feel heard and supported. We as a franchise aim to support our franchise with business coaching, training with our estimating and job management systems, access to professionals to assist in building businesses, assistance with marketing creative and more.

If you are looking to grow your business and want to be supported then Integrity New Homes may be a perfect fit for you.

The Horizon 190 is one of our most built and customised standard new homes. It is a dream home for an investor or a family looking to make their first new home. The Horizon 190 packs a lot of features whilst minimising land to help reduce the cost of your build.

We chose the Namoi 215 for the Suburban Facade Style due to width of the home being perfect for that inner-city suburb block of land. These lots of land seem to be getting thinner and thinner and theNamoi 215 sits at under 12m in width, perfect for a narrow block.

But don't let the width confuse you. This home packs a lot when it comes to function and style. With four bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms this home is the perfect family home for those needing to live close to the CBD but not break the budget.

The Hudson 280is a perfect inner-city home design that we felt would look amazing with the new Suburban facade style. The five-bedroom, two-storey home has a width of fewer than 11 meters, perfect for narrow blocks. The Hudson 280 also does a fantastic job of separating living spaces from private spaces, allowing families to create warm and welcoming spaces whilst keeping bedrooms and primary bathroom separate.
